Tire Day Inc. reserves the right to refuse service in the event a vehicle or its tires are in a condition that the technician, in their sole discretion, deems unsafe or against industry standards. Tire Day Inc. technicians reserve the right to refuse to perform a service on any property that they deem to be unsafe. Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Due to the variability of service conditions and traffic/travel times, appointment times and lengths are estimates only.
Please be advised that if you are unprepared for your scheduled appointment, resulting in the technician's inability to complete service, a service fee of $45 will be incurred. Should you reschedule within 30 days of the cancellation, a refund of $20 may be issued, which will be processed after the completion of the rescheduled service.
Furthermore, a $45 service fee will be charged for any "Tire Repair" appointment that cannot be completed due to the technician deeming the tire unrepairable, based on their sole discretion and in accordance with industry standards and applicable legislation. Factors that may lead to this determination include, but are not limited to: damage to the sidewall, excessive tread wear, multiple patches, tire age, presence of cracks or bulges, incorrect tire size, significant damage to the rim, broken studs, lack of access to the lock nut key, insufficient space for service, or an environment that the technician considers unsafe for performing the service.
Multi-vehicle savings are applicable solely when all vehicles are serviced at a single location and completed consecutively.
