We ask that you kindly shovel and/or de-ice around your vehicle if necessary.
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Cash is also accepted; however, please note that our technicians do not carry change.

Our technicians will call or text when en route to your location. Appointment start times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or other factors. Ideally, please be available 30 minutes before your scheduled time and up to one hour after the expected end. Appointment lengths can vary. On average please expect: On Rims: 0.5 - 1 hr
Off Rims: 1 - 2 hrs
Not all flat tires or slow leaks can be repaired. To determine whether your tire is repairable, our technicians will conduct a thorough visual inspection, which may include assessing the interior of the tire.
If your tire is deemed unrepairable or unserviceable, you have the following options:
Purchase a New Replacement Tire – We can install your spare tire, allowing you to purchase a replacement tire with Tire Day at your convenience.
Spare Installation Only – If you choose not to purchase a new tire from Tire Day, we can simply install your spare tire.
Swap to Your Seasonal Tires – If you prefer to switch to your secondary set of summer or winter tires, we can arrange this service, subject to scheduling availability and applicable pricing.
Please note: A minimum call-out fee of $60 + tax will apply if you decide not to proceed with any of the options above or if Tire Day is unable to safely perform any of the options above.

Our prices are for services within the HRM. If you are outside of this area, please contact us to arrange for an appointment - a travel charge may apply.
You can reschedule or cancel online up to 12 hours before your appointment. For changes within 12 hours, please contact us directly.
If canceling, we require at least 4 hours' notice—late cancellations may incur a $45 fee.

Unfortunately, our service vehicle is too tall and cannot access underground parking.

We carry all the specialized tools and equipment necessary for servicing your Tesla (or other EV) safely.

If your wheels are equipped with TPMS sensors, we will "re-learn" them to your vehicle (if necessary) during installation at no additional cost.
For efficiency, a brief hand-off is preferred in case we require your keys or lock nut key, etc. However, fully contactless service may be available upon request. Please contact us in advance to make any necessary arrangements.

In rare cases, Tire Day may need to reschedule your appointment due to inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain, ice, snow etc.)
In such an event, Tire Day will provide you with as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available opportunity. Your safety, along with the safety of your vehicle and our technicians, is our top priority. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
